生粋のエレクトリックギターメーカーであるフェンダーのメインファクトリーにおいて20年間従事したマクミリン。彼がマスタービルダーの座を射止る前の直近5年間は、フェンダーギター製作のマイスターにのみ与えられる称号である”マスタービルダー”のなかでも中枢的役割を担う”プリンシパル”の称号を持つユーリ・シスコフのアシスタントとして、約1,000本のギターを世に出してきました。2018年、「FENDER CUSTOM SHOP」マスタービルダーの一員となったマクミリンは、世界で最もすぐれたギター職人の名を継承していくに相応しいチームの一員として、これからのCUSTOM SHOPを担っていくことでしょう。
