Spin has reported that Nirvana’s Nevermind, which turns 20 this September, will receive a deluxe reissue on Sept. 19. The box set will consist of four CDs and a DVD that includes rarities, B-sides, unreleased recordings and BBC radio appearances. The DVD will feature an unreleased concert.
Spin speculates that the BBC radio appearances “are most likely from four in-studio sessions recorded between 1989 and 1991.”
Spin also reports that Universal will celebrate the anniversary of this landmark album with “various events and releases” throughout the year.
