This promotion is offered by Fender Music Australia Pty Limited (the promoter). By entering the promotion, you (the “entrant”) acknowledge your participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

  1. Receive a free Fender® Acoustasonic 40 Amplifier when purchased with a Fender® Acoustasonic® Player Telecaster® guitar in Butterscotch Blonde.

  2. This promotion is applicable only to Australian residents, and goods will only be shipped within Australia.

  3. The promotion may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.

  4. The promotion is not valid on prior purchases, taxes, or shipping and processing charges.

  5. To redeem, you must purchase your Fender Acoustasonic Player Telecaster Butterscotch Blonde at participating Fender Dealers between 10 August and 30 September 2022.

  6. Returns for refund will not be accepted on individual items. If returning for refund you must return both items.

  7. The promotion is valid only while supplies last.

  8. The promotional item offered is a Fender Acoustasonic 40 Amplifier (product number 2314203000) and is not transferable for any other product, and has no cash value.

  9. The promotion is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted.

  10. The promotional period starts on August 10 2022 and finishes on 30 September 2022 but may be extended or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
