Fender Link I/O has three ports:

  • ¼” instrument port

  • ⅛” headphone port

  • USB-C port

Here’s how it works:

  • Plug your guitar or bass into the ¼” instrument port

  • Plug one end of the USB-C cable into your Fender Link I/O

  • Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into your smartphone, tablet, or computer

  • Open Fender Studio

  • Click on Preferences

  • Select Audio Setup

  • Select Fender Link I/0 from Record Device

  • Select Fender Link I/0 from Playback Device to use Link I/0’s headphone port

  • Tap record to start recording

Using Fender Mustang Micro Plus With Fender Studio

Fender Mustang Micro Plus is the ultimate personal guitar amplifier. With 50 amps and effects onboard, Fender Mustang Micro Plus also features 100 editable preset slots with Fender Tone App support, an integrated tuner, and digital display.

Fender Mustang Micro Plus has three ports:

  • Integrated ¼” instrument jack

  • ⅛” headphone port

  • USB-C port

Here’s how it works:

  • Plug the integrated ¼” instrument jack into your guitar or bass

  • Plug one end of the USB-C cable into your Fender Mustang Micro Plus

  • Open Fender Studio

  • Select Tone Master Pro from Record Device 

  • Tap record to start recording.
