FENDER PRESENTS: LIMITED EDITION VINTERA II ROAD WORN WITH LAMBRINI GIRLS

With a no-holds-barred attitude and an unparalleled punk ferocity, Brighton’s Lambrini Girls conjure the raw, feminist power of iconic bands like X-Ray Spex and Bikini Kill every time they hit the stage. As a result, the duo of Phoebe Lunny and Selin Macieira-Boşgelmez require instruments that can match the chaotic energy that they bring to their performances, which is why they rely on Fender’s Limited Edition Vintera II Road Worn Series. Lunny, who holds down guitar and vocal duties in the band explains, “I like the Road Worn, because I’m very clumsy when I play. I drop stuff, I jump around, they look very pretty, they can take a bit of a beating and they’re light and they’re versatile.”

We recently joined Lambrini Girls for a special performance in their hometown at the Rossi Bar, a community-run venue where they played their first headlining show to a packed crowd of friends and fans. And while they now play larger spaces and festival stages, it’s clear that the DIY spirit of the Rossi Bar has never left them.

Check out the video above to see Lambrini Girls play a scorching version of their song “Love” from their 2025 hit record Who Let the Dogs Out and watch as Lunny and Macieira-Boşgelmez put our Limited Edition Vintera II Road Worn 50s Jazzmaster and 60s P Bass to the test.
