From late-night and daytime sets to in-studio visits and digital exclusives, Fender in Focus gathers the best of the week's performances from Fender players.

This week, it's Grace VanderWaal, the War on Drugs, Atlas Genius and Tiger’s Jaw.

Grace VanderWaal: “Moonlight"

In late 2016, Grace VanderWaal won the 11th season of America’s Got Talent at the age of 12, an occurrence that earned her a record deal with Columbia Records and led to her debut EP, Perfectly Imprefect. A year later, she returned to the television show to preview her upcoming full-length album, delighting the audience with the single “Moonlight.” Watch VanderWaal perform the summery track with a Fender $4 in this clip.

The War on Drugs: “Holding On"

On the heels of new album A Deeper Understanding, the War on Drugs performed a brief but moving set for KCRW in Santa Monica, Calif., with a highlight coming in the form of lead single “Holding On.” For the song, frontman Adam Granduciel brought out a Fender $4 to rip through a scorching solo.

Atlas Genius: “63 Days"

After not releasing new music for nearly two years, Atlas Genius recently dropped the single “63 Days,” an honest look at the tough parts of being away from relationships while on the road. Frontman Keith Jeffery showcased that track with an acoustic performance for Jam in the Van, in which he played his Fender Paramount PM-2 $4.

Tigers Jaw: “Hey Ya"

In a session for the A.V. Club, Pennsylvania rockers Tigers Jaw offered a fun take on the Outkast classic “Hey Ya.” The band put their own stamp on the hip-hop anthem, with a special focus on the call-and-response bridge in the song. Check it out here, and don’t miss that $4.
