Fender Custom Shop
For two decades, the Fender Custom Shop has astounded players and collectors worldwide with marvels of creativity, ingenuity and artistry. From humble mid-’80s beginnings in Fender’s original Southern California home, the Custom Shop has grown to become the world’s preeminent maker of custom “instantly collectible” instruments; a veritable dream factory that has made Fender’s finest the world’s finest.
The Fender Custom Shop’s skilled builders are known worldwide for their ingenious vision, matchless skill and dazzling creations, be it one-off art guitars of astounding originality, or signature models and replicated instruments so meticulous in detail that they’re virtually indistinguishable from their artist counterparts and historical ancestors—as represented by the highly desired Time Machine Series, or the wildly successful Custom Shop Tribute Series instruments, which include replicas of the personal instruments of famous artists, such as Eric Clapton’s BLACKIE® Stratocaster® guitar and Jeff Beck’s Esquire® guitar.
Today, Fender’s highly acclaimed and skilled team of builders continues to take the Custom Shop to the next level; to take it into the future while keeping a firm footing in its history and heritage. Fender Factory
Fender’s Manufacturing Headquarters in Corona, Calif., is a 177,000 square-foot facility that produces all of Fender’s top-of-the-line electric guitars and basses, including signature models and collectibles as well as hand-wired Fender amplifiers. It's also home to the guitar and bass Research & Development team, which continues to stay ahead of its competition by adhering to its ideals of quality and innovation. The R&D team strives to offer quality new products and historically accurate new vintage models.
Fender Center and Museum
Programming for Fender University will be held at the Fender Center, located in Corona, Calif. The 33,000-square-foot facility houses Kids Rock Free® classrooms, STUDIO FM (a 48-track digital recording studio), outdoor TLC AMPHITHEATER, Visual Arts Gallery and the CELEBRATE THE LEGACY...THE FENDER STORY exhibit, which presents a 50-year history of the famous Fender electric guitar and its impact on the world of entertainment.
The Fender Center also conducts events throughout the year to bring musical experiences to the general public and raise funds to continue the important work of music education.

Included in your Fender University enrollment are accommodations at a national historic landmark hotel and spa, the Mission Inn. Conveniently located in Riverside, the Mission Inn is a full-service hotel with award winning restaurants, Tuscan-inspired spa, outdoor pool and spa, and fitness center.
