Using USB Gain Control for Fender® Mustang™ Series, Bronco™ 40, Super Champ™ X2 and Passport® mini amplifiers
Fender® FUSE™ contains USB Gain level adjustment for increasing or decreasing the level of the signal sent to your computer through the USB port on your Fender FUSE-connected device. This level adjustment can come in handy for instrument presets that either overload your recording software's input or presets that aren't loud enough. The maximum signal level that can be added with USB Gain is 24db. The "12 o'clock position" is a 12db boost respectively. The USB Gain control can be found in the Fender FUSE Advanced Amp panel. It can be adjusted and it's settings can be saved on a per-preset basis. This means that you can set the USB Gain at a certain level on one preset and save it independently of the USB Gain setting for any other presets.
NOTE: Fender® FUSE™ isn't required for USB Gain adjustment on the Mustang™ series products and Bronco™ 40. On those products, you can hold the Exit button and turn the channel volume knob to adjust USB gain. Adjusting USB Gain on Super Champ™ X2 and the Passport® mini require Fender® FUSE™ 2.5 or later to access this parameter.
