If you are logged into the Fender FUSE Community website and see the message shown below when trying to download a Preset or Band Track, please follow the instructions included below to update the Adobe® Flash® Player.
To begin, click on the "Get Adobe Flash Player" link in the yellow box as seen here.
Installing the Adobe® Flash® Player for Windows. Type the following web address in the address bar in Internet Explorer as shown below.
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Next, you will see the Flash update page as shown here. There is an optional tool bar and browser that are selected to install by default. Deselect this item if you do not want to install the additional items, and click the yellow Download Now button.
In the download bar, select Run.
Next you will be asked to select your update options. Select the option you prefer, and click Next to begin the installation.
Once the installation is complete, click Finish to close.
Installing the Adobe® Flash® Player for Mac. Type the following web address in the address bar in Safari as shown below.

Next, you will see the Flash update page as shown here. Click the yellow Download Now button.
Next, follow the on-screen instructions as seem below.
Double click on the Install Adobe Flash Player icon in this window to begin the installation process.
Next, you may see the following security warning. Click Open to continue with the installation.
Enter your User Account name and password and click OK.
In this window, you will select your update notification options. Select the notification type that you would like, and click Next to continue.
Next, Flash Player will download.
After downloading, the installation process will complete. Once the installation is complete, click Finish as seen below.
