If you are experiencing issues with Fender FUSE, it is usually best to contact Fender Consumer Relations for assistance. Sometimes it may be neccessary for the Consumer Relations Representative to ask probing questions to determine the source of the issue you are experiencing. Crash logs that are created by Fender FUSE can be useful in providing that information to us. You may be asked to send a log file from you computer to us for
evaluation. In that event, please follow these simple directions to locate your crash log file.

C:\Documents and Settings ->Application Data->Fender ->FUSE ->Logs
The crash log file for MS Silverlight on Windows PC's can be found at:
