How do I use the USB port for recording on my Fender® Mustang™ and Fender® Bronco™ 40?
All Fender® FUSE™-connected products are capable of recording audio into DAW (digital audio workstation) software applications such as Ableton Live Lite 8 Fender Edition or GarageBand. In order to record sound into your computer, you will need to have a playback device installed (Fender® G-DEC® 3 is capable of audio input and output). The Fender Mustang Series, Bronco 40 and Fender Passport® mini amps provide audio recording only, and not playback. You can use your built-in sound device/audio hardware or third-party hardware for your playback. Please check with the manufacturer of that device for correct installation and set-up.

In order to use Fender® FUSE™-connected products with your Windows computer, you will need to install the Fender Universal ASIO driver. You can download that driver here: http://www.fender.com/support/articles/fender-universal-asio-driver. When using Fender® FUSE™-connected products with your Mac computer, you can simply plug in the amp, and select it as the Input device in your DAW software. You will want to use the built-in or other third party hardware for the audio Output.
