I own an original, and I play it often.
Has its own sound, yet unmistakably "Fender-y". Good as an all round single-coil to take to jam sessions.
Fit and finish as we've come to expect from Squier.
Only complaint is that when the humbucker is split, it's the non-RWRP coil in the circuit. With the neck pup and a RWRP coil in the bridge in parallel, you cancel hum and keep all the single-coil sound. Small complaint. Could be an easy mod. Maybe they've fixed that with this re-issue.
