I originally purchased one of these guitars in 2005 when I first began playing guitar in high school. It has not only stood up to the abuse of a high school student totting it around to friends houses, but also went though four years of college gigging as well. I have made minimal alterations to the guitar over the years, including a set of Grover tuning keys and some strap locks. Otherwise, everything about the guitar has been great over the years. I have played with a fair share of professional players, all of which are hard pressed to say anything negative about the sound, playability, and quality of this guitar. When I played in ensemble in college, my professor even went so far as to say it was easily on par with any Mexican Fender Stratocaster he had ever played! I would definitely recommend this guitar to players of any level. I bought this as my first guitar, and although I have purchased four other guitars since then, this one remains one of my favorites.

I have been playing guitar for 34 years - Country, Blues, Rock n Roll, Rock.
I purchased this guitar new. It had a chip in the paint from shipping and I got it for a bargain price.
As soon as I plugged it in, I knew it was something special.
The neck is smooth and very playable. This guitar would suit beginners and professionals alike because of the easy playing set-up.
The sound is fantastic and gives you that real Stratocaster vibe.
Dont listen to Brand Freaks, this is really a cool guitar and as good as any Mexican or American Standard model.
