Made in Indonesia (2010), this particular guitar is great for its novelty value, featuring Sum 41's front man, Deryck Whibley's signature on the headstock, and the red graphic crosses on the body of the guitar. As far as the quality goes, this guitar gets extremely dirty very quickly, especially on the neck of the guitar, as there is no gloss feature. However, this guitar surprisingly has a great tone, and you can feel that old school punk rock tone from the minute you switch on the distortion pedal. Although, I don't recommend this guitar if you're going for the classic telecaster 'clean, twang' sound. This guitar features a 1 volume and 1 tone knob. I recommend this guitar if you are looking for an extra piece of equipment in the rehearsal space, the novelty - if you are a hard-core Sum 41 fan, or even for a small gig, but not so much for the studio. Overall, impressed with what this guitar can do, considering it's a Squier made in Indonesia.
