At Last A GREAT Lefty Tele At A Great Price

(5.0)

Amateur Blues Alternative Rock Classic Rock Pop Rock Heavy Metal

For years I have been wanting a Telecaster but as a Lefty my options were pretty naff - Build my own Patscaster, a Squier Affinity, or blow the budget on a Mexican or even more on the USA Standard. I am a Strat player mainly (love Strats, always have and always will!). I discovered this guitar after spending everything I could get my hands on to buy a Gibson Les Paul, but after a short time it was being left in its case and I was playing my Mexican Strat! But even though I'm a Strat player I always wanted a Telecaster but as I say my choices were limited....But not any more! As soon as the Classic Vibe 50's Telecaster was released as a lefty I had to have one! The specs are great, the guitar looks, feels and sounds like a true Telecaster! I can't believe this is such a great value guitar. You just can't get that vintage vibe without spending a fortune on the American Vintage 52 (a great guitar but lots of cash!) but here it is: Ashtray bridge, Through Body Strings, Brass Saddles, Vintage Style Tuners (but modern so they work great!) and of course that gorgeous Butterscotch Blonde body and Black Scratchplate! Classic! The neck feels great with the modern C shape and 9.5 Radius, and I love the pickups, what a great sound! It's got the best of "vintage" features but they have been brought into the 21st Century. Again this is a "Budget" guitar but playing it you just wouldn't believe that. It plays and sounds like something two or three times the price! If they bring out any more Classic Vibe guitars in "Lefty" I am going to be broke! This is a superb guitar.
