I love this amp. Fender as always made a great amp. For this amp to be only 15 watts it sounds so much bigger. The sound that comes out of it is like no other 15 watt amp out there. I play a PRS Gibson an Fender thru it an they all sound great, but with different tones. Like i said love this amp.

The Very Pro Junior

(5.0)

Punchy mids, clear amd lows, and pleasant highs define the awesome clear sound that comes from this amp. It is usable, it is sharp, and it pairs extremely well with Telecaster/Esquire guitars.
The volume knob is, in itself, the grind control. The tubes start to get gritty right around 3-4 depending on how you play. Being a very touch sensitive amp, I was able to set the tone and volume (the only two controls on the amp) where I want it for my guitar's voice and the amount of drive I want, and play very dynamically using my guitar's volume knob.
The tones and drive I get from this amp are very tasty. Not at all over bearing, but adaptable to my play style. The stompbox I use in tandem with the amp is a Xotic Effects BB Preamp with the mid-boost. I don't let the stompbox take over. Instead I set the grit very low and give it a bit of mids and highs and a substantial amount of volume and use the pedal to be more of a boost than a distortion. I let the amp just take over from there.
Now that being said, I must say that while this amp is a wild horse, it's a bit hard to tame. Especially for me since I play in a small area and this amp is a bit loud. I usually set a sound barrier around it and mic it up through the system. Even then, if I want to get any over drive from the amp, it is still too loud. I have plans for an isolation box or purchasing an attenuator. It's a shame that where I perform with this amp it doesn't allow this horse to stamp around a bit. However when practicing with buddies, it's perfect!
I'm a punk so I love turning it up. But if I just sit, play and noodle around, I get a strong, pleasant blues vibe from this amp. Not so much a soft side, but a gentle controlled wind, so to speak.
I like it. Is it perfect? No. Is it lovable? Yes. If you want an amp that will speak for your guitar with personality and freedom. Get it.
