Very nice guitar

I love this guitar , the only drawback is it weighs a good bit more than a "69" thinline , but still far less than a Les Paul. Love the neck on this guitar.
I like the extra fret for certain songs, but because of the weight my "69" thinline is my favorite tele.

Not a gold coin but definetly a great guitar

Taking into account several reviews i saw online i decided to get the guitar directly in a store, took a good look at the guitar, played for a couple of minutes and took it home...

now this is not a very versatile guitar, i uses vintage P90s wich means HUM but thats part of its design, as well as the feedback at high gain distortion since is also a semi hollow body but those aren't flaws in the design, are part of it, which makes it the guitar it is...

So, the sound of these pickups is amazing, after changing the strings and set up to .10 strings which i do for all my guitars, the sound is all i hoped for before and more, so smooth and alive, lot of twang, lot of blues and rock out of this guitar.

The finish is great, not incredible great, just great specially for a "asian fender that costs less than 1000$". which is what this guitar is, so its not a gold coin that will be loved by everyone, but if you know what you are looking for and it is a BLUES-ROCK guitar, the telecaster body and feel with the soul o an early les paul, then this is a great guitar to complement your set of guitars. Great TELEGIB!!!

This guitar ships without a case, so do yourself a big favor and get a case for it right away. It is worth protecting. I had my doubts about getting a guitar made in Indonesia but I have to say I'm impressed with the quality of the one that I got. Other than changing the strings, this guitar was close to perfect out of the box. Maybe It's just the luck of the draw considering the experience that schwerve had. The action was right on. The tone from the P90 SD pups is real sweet. I've played it through many different amp and PA set-ups and everyone who hears it is amazed at the different tones I can get from this guitar. A little adjusting on the volume and tone knobs, switch the pup settings around and you can dial in just about any sound you want. Very versatile instrument. Like I said, maybe I just got lucky but this is now the guitar that I use most even though I own guitars that cost 4 times as much. It looks, plays, and sounds fantastic. The finish is gorgeous. A Telecaster/Les Paul Hybrid.

Looks cool, but disappointed in the quality

I purchased this guitar online because I love the Thinline body style and the trans-red finish looks great. I wish I would have played one first. The factory set-up was horrible with fret buzz all over the neck. I had to raise action quite a bit and tweak the neck to get rid of most of it, although some is still present. The build quality overall feels cheap which is not a shock since it built in Indonesia, but I expected better for the price. The PU's sound OK and work well on certain amps ('68 Bandmaster sounds fantastic), but with most amps the sound is just OK. If you can find one for a great price and don't mind putting in a bit of work however, it is worth picking up
