Title: Design Engineer

Location: Corona, CA

Responsible for the design new electric guitars and modification of existing guitar designs.  Ensures that designs meet Marketing requirements, as well as R&D design standards.  Works with manufacturing on new designs to assure manufacturability, and provides technical support on products already in production.

Education and Background:

  1. At a minimum, a BSME or equivalent is required. 
  2. Must have experience playing guitar or have a strong desire/interest in guitars
  3. Any additional musical background is a plus
  4. 1-3 years experience working in high volume consumer products is desired

Special Skills:

  1. Must be proficient in AutoCad.  Typically 2 years of experience is required, but this can vary depending on ability and how relevant the experience is.
  2. Proficiency with SolidWorks (2007 +) a plus
  3. Good technical and non-technical communications skills.
  4. Experience in high volume consumer products design is a plus
  5. In depth knowledge of guitars is a plus
  6. General knowledge of woodworking is desired.

Title: Compensation Analyst
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

In this gig you will be responsible for administration, analysis and reporting on compensation programs.   Under general direction, assists in the development, installation, and administration of compensation programs. Evaluates salaried, hourly, middle and top management positions. Assists in administration of salary administration programs, reviewing changes in wages and salaries for conformance to policy. Audits evaluation of positions and application of existing classifications to individuals. Conducts and participates in compensation surveys conducted by other companies. Assists in updating the salary structure. Develop and deliver training and communication on compensation philosophy and processes to employees, managers and HR.  In addition, this role will provide project management, process mapping and documentation support to a variety of HR activities for the Corporation.

Education and Background:

  1. Excellent analytical skills, including demonstrated experience with advanced Excel, MS office, HRIS systems.
  2. Equivalent of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field plus 4 years experience in corporate compensation.
  3. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.

Title: Benefits Analyst

Title: Director, Global Supply Chain
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

The Director of Global Supply Chain is responsible for directing and executing for the total FMIC business off-shore OEM planning and supply requirements across all FMIC Product Lines to maximize the overall effectiveness of off-shore manufacturing operations achieving operational excellence. He/She will set the supply requirements and fulfillment strategy for all FMIC suppliers, and be responsible to make planning and inventory policy and process improvements, optimize inventories across multiple facilities located globally.  As the leader of the buy side Supply Chain team, this role is responsible for setting priorities, establishing goals focused on improving responsiveness to customer demands through the optimization of capacity resources, working cross-functionally with FMIC Sourcing, Procurement and Quality departments with the goal of maximizing supplier output, maintaining  or improving quality and reducing overall cost.

Education and Background:

  1. BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Finance or similar.  Master’s degree preferred.
  2. APICs certification is a plus.
  3. Strong strategic procurement and sourcing background with experience developing commodity strategies specifically in wood, establishing leading edge vertical development and integration, leading cross functional teams on sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, and overseeing all aspects of a corporate purchasing operation.
  4. Travel requirements of this role are International and up to 15% travel a year.  Candidate must currently possess or qualify for international travel documents

Title: GRC System Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

We have an immediate opening in our Scottsdale Corporate Offices for a GRC System Analyst with SAP experience.

Title: SAP Analyst – FI/CO
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

We have an immediate opening in our Scottsdale Corporate Offices for a Financial Systems Analyst with SAP experience.

This position will be responsible for documenting “to-be” processes, identifying and resolving process gaps. The successful candidate will be able to understand all business requirements and issues and work closely with members of business teams to define requirements and implement solutions. Proactively work integration issues between processes and SAP Finance.

Title: Credit Manager
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Responsible for all aspects of the Credit, Collections, Flooring and Accounts Receivable functions. Directly supervise all employees and manage the day-to-day operations of the Credit Department. Supervise the processing and verification of dealer applications and investigation of credit risk, including detailed credit reviews for new and existing customers. Use technical expertise as a basis for making sound and logical credit decisions in conjunction with the credit and collections team. Supervise the collection of dealer payments on accounts, including past due and collection accounts. Assist credit analysts with collection activities in difficult cases. Develop and monitor a program with monthly cash goals that can be used to provide cash forecasts to the Treasury Group. Work closely with the Credit Analysts in order to appropriately manage the order release process.

Education and Background:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related discipline.
  2. 8-10 years experience in credit management, with supervisory responsibilities.
  3. Business process improvement focused, with Sarbanes Oxley 404 experience.
  4. Basic GAAP knowledge, including accounts receivable and allowance for doubtful
    accounts.
  5. SAP experience, including the Sales/Distribution and Accounts Receivable modules.

Title: Transactional/Commercial Paralegal

FMIC’s Transactional/Commercial Paralegal will work with FMIC’s Chief Legal Officer, FMIC’s Associate General Counsel, outside counsel, and business personnel on various commercial and transactional legal matters.  Primary responsibilities will include contract drafting/management related to company’s customers and service providers; bankruptcy; employment; and real estate matters.  Work may also include commercial litigation, corporate governance and compliance, and other work as may be required from time to time within a small law department for a global company.

  1. 2-year degree and paralegal certificate required.
