This Manufacturer's rebate is offered solely by Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (FMIC) on the following terms and conditions:

Eligible consumers who purchase one or more new Qualifying Products during the Rebate Period from participating Authorized Fender Dealers will receive an in-store 10% discount off the pre-tax purchase price of the Qualifying Product (as determined by Dealer).

The promotion period begins on November 1, 12:01 AM EST, 2011 and ends December 31, 11:59 PM PST.

The Instant Rebate is open to residents who purchase one or more Qualifying Products from participating Authorized Dealers in the United States and Canada during the Rebate Period. Not Available to residents of Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam. Participants must be at least 15 years old to be eligible for participation. Individuals under 16 must supply proof of parental consent to participate. Employees of Fender Musical Instruments Corporation and its affiliates, and their family members, are not eligible to participate in the Instant Rebate Program.

Qualifying Products must be purchased in a single transaction.

The Instant Rebate amount of 10% off Qualifying Product pre-tax purchase price (as determined by Dealer), is received at time of purchase, and may not be substituted for equivalent cash value.

This offer is for end-user customers only. Reseller, governmental, institutional, distributor, dealer and nonprofit organizational purchases do not qualify.

Applicable sales taxes apply to all purchases and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Offer valid only while supplies last.

This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

FMIC reserves the right to modify or end this offer at any time. FMIC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to administer and manage this promotion. FMIC can take any action (up to and including legal action) that may be necessary to prevent and/or detect fraud in connection with this promotion.
