TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ELIGIBILITY AND RULES

PROMOTION: Purchase any qualifying FENDER® Passport system, and receive a gift, compliments of Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (FMIC). Specifically, as provided for in these Rules, FMIC will provide the following:

(A) One (1) FENDER P-51 Microphone Kit (069-9000-000) for each purchase of a Passport 500 PRO (069-4405-000), Passport 300 PRO (069-4403-000) or Passport 150 PRO (069-4401-000)

DURATION. Eligible purchases must be made between JULY 1, 2011, 12:00 am PST, and DECEMBER 31, 2011, 11:59 pm PST (“the Purchase Period”). Gift redemptions may take place after the Purchase Period, provided purchase takes place before expiration of the Purchase Period.

GIFT LIMIT: One (1) gift per purchase, as described above.

SPONSOR: Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (“Fender”). FMIC Authorized Dealers are not responsible for gifts.

ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible to participate in this promotion, you must purchase one or more qualifying FENDER Passport

PRO systems at a participating, authorized Fender dealership (“Dealer”). Ask your Dealer before purchasing whether it is participating in this promotion. You must be an individual person who is at least 18 years of age at the time you submit the attached Free Mic (“Form”) to Fender. By participating, you represent and warrant that your Form is true, accurate, current and complete.

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR GIFT. To receive your gift you must complete the “Your Information” portion of the redemption Form, AND mail your completed Form, with postage prepaid, with the original PROOF OF PURCHASE (store receipt) to Fender at the address below. Please allow six to eight weeks after completing the above requirements for Fender to send your gift.
