Vintage Guitar reviewed the Squier Vintage Modified Jazzmaster in its October issue, saying it offers “twang for the buck” with its vintage, retro feel and affordable price.
Despite the difference in cost, the review tells readers the stylish Squier Jazzmaster can “flat-out hang with a number of more expensive guitars.”
In terms of performance, Vintage Guitar narrows it down to one word.
“Plugged in, the Jazzmaster does what it’ts supposed to do —rock.”
The magazine elaborates a bit more by delving into its specs and comparing it to its sibling model, the Fender Jazzmaster.
