U2 kicked off the rescheduled leg of its American tour Saturday night in front of an 80,000-plus crowd at Denver’s Invesco Field, the home stadium for the Broncos. Hometown outfit the Fray, best known for their hit “How to Save a Life,” opened for the Irish band.
