Screaming Females To Release New Single, Perform On NPR

Screaming Females have built up years of indie credibility after seven years as a band and four albums.

They’ve got their next one in the works, with Ugly set to come out April 3 on Don Giovani Records.

As a preview, Screaming Females will release the first single, “It All Means Nothing,” on Feb 11 at the Don Giovanni Records Showcase at Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn.

The b-side of the 7-inch will be a live version of “A New Kid” from their session at WFMU. Following the showcase, Screaming Females is doing a week of free shows at record stores (and a bookstore), which will mark the only places to pick up the 7-inch.
