Former Band guitarist and Fender-wielding axeman Robbie Robertson is featured in the August issue of Guitar Aficionado magazine, where he discusses his latest album How To Become Clairvoyant and provides readers with an exclusive look at his luxurious guitars.
His vast collection includes the 1958 “Bronze” Fender Strat, which Guitar Aficionado describes as “the most iconic of all of Robertson’s guitars.”
Other guitars in his collection include a 2010 “Indian” Fender Stratocaster, a vibrant Strat painted by Native American artist Darren Vigil Gray, and his 2008 “Moonburst” Fender Stratocaster.
Robertson also dishes on his first solo disc in 13 years. The record includes contributions by high-profile artists such as Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood. Visit Robertson’s website to order How To Become Clairvoyant.
