Real Estate’s dreamy sounds don’t typically do much to incite guffaws of laughter, but when teamed with Funny or Die, the New Jersey indie rockers are downright hilarious in their new music video for “Easy.”
Directed by Tom Scharpling, the clip follows the fictitious Real Estate “street team” as they try to get the word out on the band.
Unfortunately, that includes driving around town in a heavily-decorated Real Estate van, forcing headphones on one pedestrian and kidnapping a radio DJ when he wouldn’t give the song airplay.
And there is a rifle and duct tape involved, too.
