Pink Floyd Reunite for Rare Onstage Collaboration

Never say never!

The three surviving members of Pink Floyd — Roger Waters, David Gilmour, and Nick Mason — reunited last night for a rare on-stage collaboration during Waters’ The Wall Live show at London’s O2 Arena. Many thanks to the fan footage below of Gilmour and Waters performing “Comfortably Numb;” Mason would later join them for “Outside the Wall.”

The reunion, at least between Waters and Gilmour, has been expected since last summer when the two performed together at a benefit concert for the Hoping Foundation. Gilmour promised to join Waters for one of his Wall shows if he participated in the charity show.

“How could I refuse such an offer?” wrote Waters on his Facebook page. Indeed!

Earlier this week, it was announced that Pink Floyd and EMI are teaming up for a massive reissues series. More details on that here.
