After reuniting in 2010, indie rock legends Guided By Voices went on a highly-attended tour and eventually began working on new material.
Those songs became Let’s Go Eat the Factory, an album available via mail order now and in stores Jan. 16/17.
The group stopped by the Late Show with David Letterman to offer an energetic performance of one of the new tracks, “The Unsinkable Fats Domino.”
So energetic, in fact, that bassist Greg Demos slipped and took a spill on the stage.
Letterman joked that he hoped no lawsuits would come out of the fall, saying, “I hope everyone’s all right!”
