Girl Rock Nation Chats with Annie Clements

Bassist Annie Clements, who has been touring the last several years with country duo Sugarland, recently sat down with Girl Rock Nation to share how she got started on her career in music. It all began with the influence of her father Cranston Clements, a talented and popular guitarist in New Orleans. After playing gigs with her dad and other bands throughout high school, Clements attended Boston’s Berklee College of Music and has since gone on to thrive professionally, touring with Sugarland, Native Run, Holly Williams and working at Sorted Noise Studio in Nashville.
