Florence and the Machine’s performance at this week’s Brit Awards was typically epic, with Florence Welch bounding down an extended platform into the crowd surrounded by sheet-clad dancers and stunning white laser lights.
The band was nominated in two categories – Best Female Solo Artist and Mastercard British Album of the Year – but lost both times to Adele.
Still, they were stunning on the stage.
