Shanghai-based Duck Fight Goose stopped by the Fender Artist Showroom in Burbank, Calif., this week while wrapping up their first sojourn outside of their native China.
Their debut full-length, Sports, features driving 1970s prog rock with electronic accents that would make Animal Collective nod in agreement. Having signed with Maybe Mars Records, the quartet played several shows at the South by Southwest music festival last week in Austin, Texas.
The video below is from their performance at SXSW’s China Showcase:
While at the Fender Artist Showroom, DFG participated in a photo shoot and even played an eight-song set, including fan-favorites “Ghost is Online” and “Ritual.”
