Chris Shiflett’s Americana-influenced project, Chris Shiflett and The Dead Peasants, will be playing southern California in a few weeks, with free shows scheduled June 3 at The Echo in Los Angeles and June 4 at Joe’s Great American Bar & Grill in Burbank.
Shiflett, who is also the lead guitarist for Foo Fighters, released a self-titled debut (Chris Shiflett and The Dead Peasants) in 2010 that is rife with alt-country twang rooted in rock.
