Sir Elton John, Lady Gaga, Bruce Springsteen and Sting teamed up onstage at Carnegie Hall last Thursday for a cover of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin,” also getting some additional help on the chorus from Blondie’s Debbie Harry and Shirley Bassey.
Camera work on this one absolutely kills me, but for those dying to see the video, here ya go! And for a great still shot of the Boss and Lady Gaga, MTV’s got it here.
The performance closed out Sting and wife Trudie Styler’s annual Rainforest benefit.
“No one wants their money back! But I’m not surprised, it was one of the best shows I’d ever been in, or seen, it was incredible,” Sting told Rolling Stone after the concert. “Bruce brought the house down because I told him he had to bring the house down. Gaga was incredible. I mean, forget it, it was just a brilliant show.”
