I bought my Passport 150 Pro from Best Buy and it was hardly used, but despite being in like-new condition, only one channel works now.
My impression is that it is NOT up to the quality standards musicians have come to expect from Fender.

I just picked up tis unit today from a local Guitar Center for use in my home recording studio, and for something I can take on the go if I like. The audio quality is excellent, I can hear all the subtle bits of my piano overtones, strings a clear and ambient, guitars are perfectly clear. The mixers independent levels and tone adjustments make fine tuning the sounds I want to project very easy and the built in reverb is great. The only think that I wish that it had was a line through connection on the speakers to make it easier to interface with a sub-woofer, I had to build a custom cable to interface with my 100w powered sub using the stereo out 1/8th jack which suits my purpose. Lastly the lack of red and white Aux in was of concern for some applications, but nothing that can't be fixed with a suitable adapter cable... I may eventually upgrade to the 300 Pro.

I play a bit of everything, some days I'm strumming and singing old Irish music, the next its shredding metal. I needed versatility, and my 50 watt Marshall just wasn't giving me the sound I wanted from my digital effects pedal. That pedal sounds much better- exactly as it should- through my Passport, and I can plug in my acoustic and mic and sing a few songs as well if I want. Packs up cleanly and I can easily take it to my friends place or wherever I want, and set it back up easily as well. I may upgrade to the 300 as I play in a band and could use the extra volume and XLR inputs, but for a small group or individual, this is great.
