I'm 60 years old and have been playing for over 45 years. I've played a lot of Fender amps over the years.
I've had a Blues Deluxe Reissue for the last 10 years and it has never let me down.
I'm playing in a new weekend band(R&B,Soul,Blues,Funk)
Bass, drums, vocalist, guitar. I needed something a bit beefier, so headed off with my Strat to the music store to do some testing.
I was positive it was going to be the Fender Super Reverb Reissue. Nope.
Tried the SRRI and wasn't jumping up and down.
I told the sales kid to bring in the used Twin Reverb Reissue that was out on the showroom floor.
It was all stock, right down to the Groove tubes.
Plugged into it and within the first few chords I knew I had found the amp with the Mojo I was looking for.
I am so pleased.
I've never worked with a Twin Reverb.
It's just got a beautiful tone, tight bottom, nice open sound and a punch that is just beyond words.
This amp isn't too loud...it is superb sounding though.
I am running a Boss Blues driver in front of it and oh my my.
I may die lugging this beast around but that's ok. I've rediscovered myself with this amp. It's like going back to the 60s, but even better.
Don't discount the Twin. Thank you Fender. My Mojo level is now at 100%.

Works great with my OD pedal (Plimsoul).
Reverb to die for.
Classic Fender looks.
Weight !! heavy !! - but home use only so not an issue to me.
Another plus point - the wife loves it!!
Have had most of the mainstream brands and this is way way better.

This is my dream amp. I get incredible tone right from the get go. Great reverb, clear tone and reacts well with overdrive pedals. My only issues are: the weight and it needs to get a bit louder to really hit that sweet spot. Classic amp!

I purchased this amp several months ago, and its is absolutely wonderful ! The amp does not have any effects but a pedal of choice can easily fix that. The sound and tone are exactly what you can always expect from Fender ,best in the business. Thanks to Fender and there staff for a great product.

My very first amp was a 1967 Fender Twin Reverb. As I grew up in life I've used everything from a Marshall to a Custom to a Vox and ONLY the LORD knows what else. The one Amp that I always had around was a Fender Twin Reverb, never let me down. 3 years ago I knew I was having to retire for working 'cause of my health. So, I went down to Ray Hennings' Heart of Texas Music and bought a new Fender Twin Reverb tube amp and a new Stratocaster. I guess Ya could say my retirement toys 'cause I will play guitar (as I've done since I was 7) to the day I leave this planet. I want to thank fender for making my career and my life so amazing.
