I have my Fender® G-DEC® 3/Fender® Mustang™ USB cable connected to my computer. I’m using Ableton Live Lite Fender Edition and I don’t hear anything or see any meters moving.  What’s wrong with it?
PC:

Verify that you have the latest Fender® ASIO Driver installed (http://www.fender.com/support/articles/fender-universal-asio-driver/). To do that, click Options and choose Preferences, then choose Audio. The Driver Type drop down menu should read ASIO and the Device Type drop down menu should read Fender Universal ASIO. Also, verify that you have an audio track record-enabled and the correct audio inputs and outputs selected. Please see the linked Fender Support article below for additional details on setting up the ASIO driver for Windows OSs.

Mac:

To verify, click Live, choose Preferences, then choose Audio. Check to see that you have the Core Audio Driver selected as the Driver Type, and that DEC Audio is selected as both the Input and Output Audio Devices. With your Fender® Mustang™ Series product, make sure that the Mustang Amplifier is selected as the Input Device and that your internal audio hardware (or other third party audio hardware) is selected as your Output Device. Also, verify that you have an audio track record-enabled and the correct audio inputs and outputs selected.
