Fender’s Bassman 115 Neo cabinet delivers the booming bass sound you’d expect from a 1x15” enclosure, and does it with sparkling vintage Fender looks and a remarkably lightweight design.
Features include a 15” Eminence® U.S.A. neodymium-magnet speaker, compression driver horn with attenuator, lightweight plywood enclosure with classic Fender '60s "blackface" styling and Speakon connectors, removable casters and spring-loaded heavy-duty handles for easier transport. Rated at 700 watts program (350 watts continuous) at 8 ohms.

I'm old school - big, fat, round finger-style tones. Started playing bass two years before I saw my first pro bass player - Jack Bruce - in the farewell tour of Cream (the first time . . . ). Currently playing a '78 P-bass with Pyramid flatwounds through a mint '78 Bassman 135 head into this cab. In my humble opinion a big 15" speaker moves big volumes of air in a unique way that four tens just don't. I've played through Ampeg, Eden, Aguilar, Genz Benz, Hartke, and others I've since forgotten - Fender got this one right. The Eminence neo speaker does the job without breaking your back. The two side handles are a great improvement (I've found I don't need the supplied casters). I can dial in the tweeter if I want or not. And, I still resonate with the Fender cool factor. I'm in three very part-time bands and they all love the balance that this cab delivers. Call me extremely satisfied.

I play this with a 2013 Fender American Standard Jazz bass and an old 1975 Fender PA 100 valve head... and... wow. Just Wow... The cabinet perfectly projects the sound from the head and really allows the instrument's voice to shine through. It gives me goosebumps.
