Great Guitar!

I saved up my Christmas money and purchased this guitar at a Sam Ash dealer in town. I was looking for my first electric guitar and originally was going with the Epiphone LPs but after a second trip with a good buddy of mine, he showed me some Strats, and we played a couple. At first, I was reluctant because I thought they were too generic, like EVERYBODY had them. I was wrong of course, and I just fell in love with the playability and simplistic style. Most of all for a beginner at electric guitar (coming from acoustic) like myself, you just cant go wrong with the Squiers. For value, playability and tone, you just cant go wrong. This model was for me because of the classic look, and vintage tuners made it perfect for my taste! in conclusion, this is a fantastic guitar, and I would recommend it to any beginner or skilled guitarist!

I wanted an HSS strat and knowing the excellent build quality and value for money Squier guitars are I wasn't disappointed.
Ordered this online, and played straight out of the box, no need for any adjustments.
Looking for a strat to kick arse, this is it. The neck is a smooth as silk and low profile.
Buy it and you won't be disappointed in the pickup growl.

Pleasantly Surprised

I owned an Epiphone Les Paul when I ordered my Fender. When I got it and played it, I was pleasantly surprised as to the superior playability of my new Strat. I mentioned to my sons that it played 'as smooth as butter.' I have had many guitars over the years, some brand names some not, and I can honestly say the two best playing ones were my Fenders. I had a Mustang back in the '60s when I was in the military and the memory of that guitar really helped in my decision to get this exact Squier that is shown. I have always wanted a Stratocaster, but can not even afford a used one. So this really filled the bill and I could not be happier. I feel it delivers everything you will demand of it and more. The Fender quality is definitely there. You will not be disappointed!
