Classic Vibe Telecaster® '50s Butterscotch Blonde

Model : 0303027
In the early years of Fender, the Telecaster® quickly became an everyman’s guitar because of its versatile sound, ease of playing and reasonable cost. Features include a gorgeous new Butterscotch Blonde finish on a pine body, and a vintage-tint gloss fast-action maple neck with 21 medium-jumbo frets and modern 9.5” Fingerboard radius. Setting this guitar apart from its Classic Vibe Telecaster ’50s Vintage Blonde brother is a custom set of alnico 5 single-coil pickups that provide warmth and clarity and enough punch for country, blues, rock and jazz.

Amazing Guitar

I will admit, I don't own this guitar. However, I have been able to play several times, and I must say, it beat every other tele I've ever played. The tone is rich and beautiful, and the finish is my type of style. The guitar sounds good for all types of music, from blues to rock to country. The pick ups were surprisingly good. I would recommend this guitar to anyone, and I hope to own it myself someday.

I got this guitar after a 12 year break from playing. I was amazed that a budget guitar could be that good - no where near the budget guitars I saw in the 90's. I bought it just to have a cheap guitar laying around and play in my spare time, but ended up recording an entire album with this guitar.

This is an outstanding instrument for no money at all basicly. Im just in awe and blown away by this guitar.. It looks, sounds, feels and plays just perfect. I've neen looking for a tele for my collection of guitars and i've tried and played several american made, been trying the new american vintage '52 but i gotta say that this SQUIER suits my tastes better. I never thought that i would ever buy a squier.. And fall in love with it!
I just cant believe how good this guitar acctually is. Completly changed my view of squier as a brand.
Get it!!

Great Low Cost Guitar

What a great guitar this is. I paid approx. $350.00. Worth more than that frankly. The fit and finish are great. I really like the glossy finish on the neck. Great sound and tone from the pick ups. The neck is great and the fret work is very good. I had it professionally set up like I do all my guitars. I feel like the frets are a little on the soft side due to the wear I see after approximately a year. This is a great value!

Terrific instrument!

This CV BSB is absolutely a great guitar. It amazes me how well it plays and sounds at a value that is unbeatable. I purchased in Guitar Center downtown Boston when I went there on business. I wanted a memento of a productive week of research at the JFK Library. This guitar has turned out to be much more than that. It's a guitar that will get heavy use in my Fender heavy stable. I A/B'd the guitar with a Fender 52 AVRI, and sorry, but the Squier actually won hands down in every way, perhaps except for the general appearance, which is a bit extra glossy for my tastes. But for the sound of the pickups and the feel of the neck,I was stunned. No one should shy away from this instrument just because it doesn't have the full fledged Fender name on the headstock. I love this guitar.

Excelent affordable - future classic

In terms of playability and attention to detail this is the best tele I have played, including many more expensive ones (as well as - in my opinion the 60s classic vibe). In terms of tone, the bridge pickup is just shy of perfect, while the neck pickup is simply beautiful!

I bought it at Manson's guitar shop, and it was beautifully set up by the techs. It tunes beautifully, though the tuners are a bit fast - I guess this is due to them being made to resemble the original ones.

The finish is what it is supposed to be - a vintage reissue - but thankfully it is not called a reissue, or I would not be able to afford it. I have to say it is a fascinating guitar - the one piece body just resonates. My one gripe is that the finish had come of at the edge, but I must have dinged it unawares.
