hahah I am sure you play it a lot better than I do. From the first minute I saw the Hwy 1 Blonde and maple I had to have it. I should have gotten it as my first Tele but I got the Deluxe Blackout I had because I got a killer deal on it. I'm planning on keeping it forever though, not going to get rid of it. Bout to get my Kinmans put in it next week!
Question: Did the nut on yours on the Big E string fit right from the get go? Mine seems like the string isnt completely sunken into the nut, maybe its not supposed to but I noticed that as the only thing that looked a little iffy. _________________ I got a black cat bone, I got a mojo too.

YESSSSIRRRRRR!!! And I am in LOVE WITH IT! My Strat is totally feeling neglected! Can't wait to see how the nitro wears over time!

Congrats on the guitar, it looks like a good companion for your strat. _________________ Fender CP 50s Strat - burst

| I am going to buy a new fender highway one telecaster. I love the honey blonde but on some pictures it looks pink? What color is it really? Does anyone have one? Please let me know. |

It definitely can look pinkish at times or different angles, but it is just an illusion really. If you look on page 1 of the thread i posted the picture of mine. And in the pictute ABStrat posted you can see it isnt pink at all.I think you'll be very happy with it, it's an incredible deal for a USA made Tele. Let me know if you have other questions and I'll do my best to answer them or someone else on here will know. _________________ I got a black cat bone, I got a mojo too.

Come on now...you are a guitarslinger!!! No my low E string is good at the num...it might need to be filed down a tad..not hard to do...just go slow and you can do it easily. |

I'll keep in mind the words of encouragement from now on when I am playing! Thanks! Yeah the low E on mine isnt flush down in the nut and looks like if I bent it right I could pull it out of the nut. I might just have the guitar tech look at it when I have it setup, havent even had it setup yet! Been too busy playing it! _________________ I got a black cat bone, I got a mojo too.

Well if we lived near each other I would jam with you...remember...be hunble but don't put yourself down!! I think I am an ok player...everyone I play with says I am great and always ask why I don't play lead all the time..I tell yhtme because my personality is more of a background guy...and Rhythm fits me..
