Tony Franklin Joins All-Star Lineup On Leno

Fender signature artist Tony Franklin joined an all-star lineup on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno this week, taking the stage with pedal steel master Robert Randolph and David Hidalgo and Cesar Rosas from the legendary Los Lobos.

The collective performed Jimi Hendrix’s classic “Hey Joe,” just as Randolph, Hidalgo and Rosas are getting ready to hit the road for the Experience Hendrix Tour.

The 2012 Experience Hendrix Tour brings together an amazing lineup of musical guests to pay homage to Hendrix’s genius.  It kicks off a three-week run of dates on March 6 in Bethesda, Md., and will land in 20 markets, including Nashville, Orlando, Kansas City, Denver and more.

Other participating artists include Eric Johnson, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Robbie Krieger, Brad Wilson, Keb’ Mo, among others.
