Max Bemis of Say Anything recently stopped by the Nervous Energies studio in Atlanta, and filmed a set of acoustic performances for the weekly web series.

When Revolver held its Golden Gods Awards in April, they enlisted Fender signature artist and shredding legend Yngwie Malmsteen to perform the “Star Spangled Banner.”

O.A.R. recently stopped by The Tonight Show with Jay Leno with Atlanta-based hip hop artist B.o.B. to perform the song “Champions,” a collaboration between the two in conjunction with Duracell.
Available as a free download via Duracell’s Facebook page, the song was made to motivate the U.S. Olympic athletes as they train for the 2012 Summer Games in London.

In addition to unveiling the cover of their upcoming album, Oceania, The Smashing Pumpkins have announced that the full-length will be released on June 19.
Oceania was created as part of the Pumpkins’ ongoing 44-song concept album Teargarden by Kaleidyscope, which has been released song-by-song since the end of 2009.
It is also the first full-length with new drummer Mike Byrne, guitarist Jeff Schroeder and bassist Nicole Fiorentino.
Schroeder sent Fendera photo of his Jaguar from the studio, noting how the axe is becoming one of his “go-to” guitars. Â Check out Schroeder below:
