Slash’s Solo Project
Fans got a glimpse last week as to what’s in store on Slash’s new solo project as single “Sahara” (a collaboration with Koshi Inaba) and its B-side, a remake of “Paradise City” with Fergie and Cypress Hill, hit You Tube.
The reaction has caused quite a stir among diehard Guns N’ Roses fans. One disgruntled You Tube member commented, “The people behind this abomination deserve a good water boarding.”
According to his twitter page, the two songs have been released in Japan only and “will not be on my record in the West, which is all new original material.” The album is expected out in early 2010, when Slash plans to start touring.
Catch the artist tonight on the (George) Lopez Tonight show on TBS.
