A historic instrument with a custom twist. We’ve taken one of Fender’s most famous instruments and added color and features to make the 2013 version something that could have been built in 1951 but wasn’t. A stunningly crafted tone machine, the 1951 Relic Precision Bass has a hand-selected ash body and quartersawn maple neck, a custom-wound Seymour Duncan® stacked Precision Bass pickup that provides even greater low-end thump, gold hardware and an anodized gold pickguard. Available (for the first time) in three new colors.
