Vibro-King® 20th Anniversary Edition

Model : 8110000520
$4,999.99MSRP

Fender introduced the Vibro-King® in 1993 to great acclaim, marking a return to a great hand-wired amp tradition while including a previously unavailable selection of sought-after features. In the two decades since, guitarists and amp aficionados everywhere have prized the enduringly classic Vibro-King® as one of the most touch-sensitive amps ever, with sparkling-clean shimmer at lower volumes and powerfully thick overdrive when cranked up.

Fender now celebrates those two decades of great tone with the 20th Anniversary Vibro-King®. Fender and Jensen® collaborated on the amp's trio of warmer-sounding 10" speakers, and a finger-joined solid-pine cabinet increases resonance. Other premium features include all-tube hand-wired circuitry, custom Schumacher® transformers, and much more.

Awesome AMP

(5.0)

I own this amp and LOVE it. I got mine back in 06 when prices weren't so crazy. This is my go to amp. I have used this amp while playing out with many other musicians who were using many different and expencive amps and the Vibro King always out shines the competition. The Clean tone is to die for, and the over driven tones are awesome, stick a pedal in front of it and it totally rocks. I highly recommend this Amp. It is Expencive but this time you do get what you pay for. This Amp needs to be heard to be believed.

Best of the Best

I have owned this amp for several years and I have never found another clean amp that I like as well. The tone is just amazing. Sounds great with a Strat, but I think it is even more special with a Tele. Clear highs, solid mids, and just the right amount of bass. No harsh overtones on this one. Mine is not the 20th anniv. edition, but I doubt anything was changed that would risk altering the tone. I rated the value a 3 on this, because it wasn't intended to be a good value. It is in my opinion Fenders best amp.
