The new pinnacle in Fender nylon-string design is the elegant CN-320AS, which features all-solid construction, pure classical tone and superior playability. The solid cedar top with traditional fan bracing resonates with balanced tone, and the solid rosewood back and sides produce rich overtones.
Other features include body binding and a beautifully styled new rosette, mahogany neck, 19-fret rosewood fingerboard with bone nut, mother-of-pearl Fender headstock logo, ebony bridge with compensated bone saddle, gold hardware and gloss finish.

The Spec's for this guitar are Awesome; all solid wood construction, ebony fret-board, bone nut and saddle. Sadly it doesn't add up to awesome. This is the first Fender of many I own, ranging from American VG Strat, American J and P Bass to a great DG-60 acoustic that the fret work was poorly done. High; Rough; Sharp end frets. The one thing I could count on being nice from Fender for what ever reason was not on this guitar. The tuners look nice but in operation they function like ones on the very inexpensive guitars, very stiff and creaky. The strings that come with it were the worst I have seen on any guitar I have bought. I realize people change strings to their liking almost right away, but these didn't last more than 5 minutes of playing and D string shredded in half.
I was not expecting a Spanish hand made, concert hall sound filling tone machine. After I fixed the frets and but on descent strings it sounds pretty good, clear with average volume and sustain. The wood and finish are very nice. If you get one that doesn't need more than a setup and strings it would be a good Low/Mid level classical. If your stuck on having an all solid wood classical this is the least expensive I could find. Sometime down the road I'll have to do something about the tuners.
